Groups and Parties

Want to have a relaxing time with your friends?   Have a BEAD Party!

We help you choose ahead of time what your group will be working on and how you want to set it up. You could “pick & pay” for all materials ahead of time or let each person “choose & pay” on the day and time of your choice.

Red Hat Groups, Girl scouts, Mother’s Day Out, Church Groups, Wine & Cheese Parties, Birthday Parties, Girls Night Out, Bridal Parties, Golf Widows Groups, Super Bowl Widows, any excuse you can think of to get people together to bead, laugh, eat, learn, and just have a great time BEADing.

We charge $25.00 per group of 5 people or more - plus product and taxes for Basic Beading (necklaces or bracelets).

 

Gift Certificates

Certificates are available in any amount. If you know someone who loves to bead or who you would like to get started beading, a certificate is a great way to get them what they need. Have your family and/or friends stop by to get you one for any occasion.

ORDERING OPTIONS

 

When you order online, you may pay by VISA, MASTERCARD or Discover. There is a $15.00 minimum on all credit card orders.

 

To order with a Personal Check or Money Order, please check the box at the bottom of the shopping cart that says “I prefer to order offline.” Then make sure all the info is correct and print.

There will be a 10 day waiting period on orders paid by personal check. This allows time for it to be processed and then mailed.

 

If you do not want to give your credit card information over the internet, then you may order by phone with your credit card.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

 

When you checkout, your total will be plus shipping & handling. Shipping, however, will not be calculated until we put your order together. Then, we will add the shipping charges and handling fee of $2.50 to your total.

 

All packages weighing 1 to 13 ounces are sent First Class Mail through the United States Postal Service. Anything over 13 ounces must be sent Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. Fees for this will be the rates set by the USPS, and the $2.50 handling charge.

 

You will receive your receipt in the mail with your order detailing the costs.

 

RETURNED CHECKS

 

There is a $25.00 returned check fee plus any fees from the banks involved.

 

NOT IN STOCK/BACKORDERS

 

If it turns out that we have made a mistake and your product is not in stock, we will not charge you for it. You can keep checking back to see if we have gotten the product in. But, we DO NOT process backorders. You will have to re-order when we get the product in.

 

PRICES MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

 

We all make mistakes, therefore, we have the right to charge you the correct price for any item ordered.
